We receive a number of excellent resume's emailed to us on a daily basis, many from qualified and experienced crew.

Approved candidates are forwarded to Crew Placement Agents who have opted to be in our referral database. In one year an agent may have as many as 150 resume's referred to them by us.

If you wish to place your resume online, making your skills available to owners, crew placement agents, captains, chief stews and pursers you will need register with us.

Please bear in mind we are not crew agents. What we offer is a hosting facility whereby your details are made available to all interested parties live and online. Secondly by registering with us we forward all information as a matter of course to all members of our Crew Referral Database.

Please note:

Before you sign up with us these points need to be considered.

Do I have a passport, the necessary visas and am I ready to travel?
Do I have any drug convictions or history of use?
Do I have at least the STCW'95 course as a minimum qualification?
If I am new to the industry what skills do I have that will make me employable?
For example: Nurse, Doctor, Water Sports Instructor, Security, Masseuse, Beauty, Cookery Skills, Cocktail and Bartending, Physio, Underwater photographer etc etc.

It is strongly recommended that if you do NOT have previous experience that you purchase the book working on yachts and superyachts. This will give you a real insight into the industry and tell you what qualifications you need and where, when and how to go about finding work.
